Terms of Service

EdgeGhost turns trading data you import, or choose to connect, into session reviews, trade history, and performance analytics. EdgeGhost is an analytical tool only. Some features, including Direct Sync broker connections, are in beta or limited testing and may change or be withdrawn.

EdgeGhost does not provide financial, investment, trading, or tax advice and does not recommend any trade or strategy. EdgeGhost is not a broker, futures commission merchant, commodity trading advisor, or investment adviser. It does not hold funds, execute trades, or place orders on your behalf.

Analytics, including dollar estimates such as stop-movement or oversizing cost, are calculated from your data and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Futures and forex trading involves substantial risk of loss. Our Disclaimer is part of these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old and provide a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at support@edgeghost.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

You keep ownership of the trading data, journal content, and files you upload (“Your Content”). You give EdgeGhost permission to store, process, and display Your Content only as needed to provide the service to you. You confirm that you have the right to upload Your Content. You are responsible for checking results against your broker’s official statements, which remain the record of truth. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

If you connect a NinjaTrader or Tradovate account, you authorize EdgeGhost to access account and trading data through that provider connection. EdgeGhost uses that connection only to read data and does not place, modify, or cancel orders or move funds. Your use of the provider remains subject to your agreement with that provider. EdgeGhost is not responsible for provider outages, provider data errors, or changes to provider access. You can ask us to disconnect at any time by emailing support@edgeghost.com.

You agree not to:

• use another person's account or upload data you are not authorized to share;
• attempt to access other users' data, or probe, scan, or bypass security or access limits;
• interfere with or overload the service, or scrape it by automated means;
• reverse engineer the service except where the law allows; or
• use the service for anything unlawful.

• Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Current pricing is shown on the Pricing page.
• Free trial: new subscribers may receive a 7-day free trial, once per account. A payment method is required. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription starts and you will be charged automatically.
• Automatic renewal: subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled.
• Cancellation: you can cancel at any time from the billing portal in Settings. After you cancel, your subscription will not renew. The billing portal shows when your access ends.
• Refunds: payments are non-refundable, except where required by law. If you believe a charge was made in error, email support@edgeghost.com and we will review refund requests case by case.
• Beta access: beta access may be free and time-limited, and we may end it with notice.
• We may change prices with advance notice. Price changes apply from your next billing period.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that imported or synced data and calculated analytics will be accurate or complete. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features.

EdgeGhost, including its software, design, analytics, and content (excluding Your Content), is owned by EdgeGhost and protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable right to use the service under these Terms.

If you send us suggestions or feedback, we may use them without obligation to you.

You may stop using EdgeGhost and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, put the service or other users at risk, or must be closed by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

The site links to third-party services, including affiliate links to NinjaTrader for which EdgeGhost may earn a commission. We are not responsible for third-party sites or services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EdgeGhost disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

EdgeGhost is not liable for trading losses or for decisions you make using the service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, EdgeGhost will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. To the fullest extent permitted by law, EdgeGhost’s total liability for claims arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid EdgeGhost during the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold EdgeGhost harmless from third-party claims arising from your misuse of the service, your violation of these Terms, or Your Content where you did not have the right to provide it.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, are the entire agreement between you and EdgeGhost about the service. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer these Terms without our consent. You agree that we may send notices to you electronically, including by email to the address on your account.

We may update these Terms. We may notify you by email or in the app when material changes are made, where appropriate or required by law. Your continued use after the changes take effect means you accept them.
